  • Confirm ceremony & reception site set-up completed by venue staff and/or vendors
  • Placement of all ceremony and reception items { photos, card box, cake knife, etc.}
  • Flower distribution and boutonnieres {bridal party & family}
  • Gratuity disburse to vendors {if applicable per client}
  • Attend and/or Facilitate rehearsal {up to 1.5 hours} 
  • Facilitate ceremony
  • Work along-side DJ for Bridal Party entrance and direction
  • Check-in with client and vendor before departing {after party starts}
