What does the complimetary consultation consist of?

questionnaire that will be used during your consultation. Trina will also go over details of your
wedding day plans and determine the wedding budget that will cater to all your wants and desires.
As well,Trina will discuss and go a package that may work best for you and your budget.

What is a Bridal Consultant?
A bridal consultant is a professional whose training and expertise will help
make your wedding as close to perfect as it possibly can be and let you relax and
enjoy your wedding.

What will a Bridal Consultant do for me?
A bridal consultant will help make your wedding day unfold as planned within your budget and
perhaps saving you from costly mistakes.  A consultant will save you on time. A
professional consultant can work with you to handle the details, allowing you to be that
guest at your own wedding.

Can I afford a Bridal Consultant for my wedding day?
Absolutely!!! A wedding consultant is part of your budget, not an extra expense. You often save
money because a consultant suggests less expensive alternatives, focual points, and creative dyi's
that still enhance your wedding day. Consultants can often at times obtain discounts from suppliers.

What will a Bridal Consultat charge?
A consultant can typically charge a percent of the cost of the total wedding. And some consultants
charge an hourly rate or a flat fee.

How do you determine your time for my wedding day?
This will all depend on your final customized package that has been agreed upon.
We typically like to arrive at least 2 hours prior to your ceremony/reception start time
(this all depends on location and travel).  The time for the day is usually discussed during your
meeting, 30 days before, to gain a better understanding of how much set up will be required.

How many consultants will be scheduled for my day?
Typically there are at least two of us on site. Both consultant's would arrive at the ceremony location
together.
Once the bride walks down the aisle, one consultant would leave and go to the reception location
to follow up on the reception details of each vendor before the guest arrive. The other consultant would
remain at the cremony until it is over, and would then go over to the reception site to help finish setting
up any last minute details.

How can I determine if a consultant is reputable?
Be sure they are certified with an association, and ask the consultant during the interview what kind
of education and experience they have.

Should I have a contract with my consultant?
YES!!!, You should have some form of agreement in writing, with both parties signature, agreeing on selected
services, responsibilities of each, fees and payment schedules is usually is enough. As well, you should have a
contact with every vendor that will play a role in your wedding.
